About the Role
As a leading investment management firm established in Atlantic Canada, Louisbourg Investments works with institutional and private wealth clients from offices in Moncton, Halifax, and Vancouver. We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our private wealth business. We offer a holistic approach in the management of our private client relationships. You will be supported by our investment team as well as specialists in financial, tax, and estate planning. You will be the primary contact person for the client relationships and be responsible for the development and management of your group of clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals wishing to transition from roles within banking or accounting firms. We also offer an attractive opportunity for established wealth advisors currently operating under MFDA or IIROC firms and wishing to move to a fully integrated discretionary model.
The individual must be self-motivated, enjoy working in a smaller entrepreneurial firm, have excellent communication and client service skills, and function best within a highly motivated, results-oriented team environment. This position can be based in our Moncton or Halifax office, as well as other locations in Atlantic Canada.
The individual should have a university degree in finance, accounting or economics and a minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services industry. A professional designation such as CFA, CPA, CIM, or CFP is preferred. Other combinations of appropriate knowledge and experience will be considered.
