- Interpretations of the CPA NB regulatory framework, including its Act, Bylaws, Policies and Code of Professional Conduct;
- Professional practice concerns.
Guidance is general in nature, does not constitute a formal opinion and is not binding on CPA New Brunswick.
Members are responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and conducting appropriate due diligence. By using this service, members agree to release and indemnify CPA NB from any claims or damages arising from reliance on discussions or guidance provided.
