In honour of Orange Shirt Day on September 30th, BDC has partnered with the First Nations University of Canada and Reconciliation Education to offer the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation training for free to entrepreneurs across Canada.

This unique 3-hour online course promotes a renewed relationship between Indigenous Peoples and other Canadians through transformative learning about truth and reconciliation. Each short module can be completed at the learner’s pace and provides a mix of learning tools such as slideshows, videos, films, and quizzes.

Please help us spread the word!

We all have a role to play on the path to truth and reconciliation. If your organization is looking for ways to recognize Orange Shirt Day, please help us promote this transformative course to the business owners you work with.

These learnings will help business owners build an inclusive culture, attract and retain great talent, and demonstrate that diversity, equity and inclusion are important values for their organization, which will also appeal to customers, suppliers and partners. If they pass the final quiz, they will receive a completion certificate they can display on their website, email and/or social media.
